Tabasco chicken wings accompanied by Aioli Sauce.
(The recipe is from my friend, Anna)
Ingredients (for 4 people Aioli Sauce):
– 4 cloves garlic
– 1 tablespoon of filtered lemon juice
– Ground white pepper
– 3 Egg yolks, one of which is hard.
– Salt to taste.
– Oil
(chicken wings)
– 16 chicken wings.
– 2 cloves garlic
– 3/4 drops of tabasco
– 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
– 100g of breadcrumbs
– 100 ml of oil
– Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Aioli sauce Procedure:
In a mortar join the cloves of minced garlic with the salt and beat very well, we put all in a mixer by adding fresh and whisk yolks; we add the oil until it will not create a thick cream. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and egg yolk, we have previously prepared crumbled, even for a few seconds we whisk the mix, joining pepper and finally add salt (to taste) the creamy sauce that will be created.
We leave the sauce in a bowl.
Chicken wings method
First, carefully we wash the chicken wings , then we unpeel the garlic and finely we chop it in a bowl or in a shallow dish, then add the oil and the Tabasco.
In a separate bowl we unite the bread crumbs, salt and pepper and grated Parmesan. We pass in it the chicken wings before the preparation of oil, garlic and Tabasco, and then the mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese salt and pepper, we pay attention so as to ensure that every part of the fins is well breaded. In a deep fryer heat oil in which we’re going to cook the chicken wings (no more than two at a time), for about ten minutes turning them at least twice.
The chicken wings are cooked when pricking with a fork will not come out any liquid.
We drip the wings, lying them with a slotted spoon to a bowl covered with a paper towel, in order to slide off the exciding oil.
Serve the chicken wings hot and crispy, accompanied by aioli, in a basket of popcorn and sit on the couch to make a feast with Friends ..
The show created by Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman and David Crane for NBC is a real milestone in the history of television. Friends – on air from September 1994 to May 2004 – was the first sitcom focused on the aspirations that addresses one of the brackets decisive of a person’s path: the transition from education to employment and the creation of a family., telling it with irony and rhythm the life of a group of friends.
I honestly believe that everyone has seen at least one episode of this fabulous sitcom without which there wouldn’t be tbbt or himym, a simple story with genuine characters, Rachel, Monica, 
Phoebe, Joey, Chandler and Ross have enchanted us for a total of 236 episodes in which it is difficult to find one that does not make you have fun or reflect.
With their peculiar courtship – undeniable that the Friendzone phenomenon arises from the endless Rachel / Ross story -,
“- Ross: I would not be good at pick up? It worked with you, I think?
– Rachel: Oh, sure! Met, courted and bam! after nine years have been yours! “
smart jokes, daily problems faced with the right dose of irony but also with tact – as when Monica and Chandler find out that they cannot have childrens-, it escorted in the past, and still today, generations of all ages.
The only reflection that I would add to what I already said, is to use it as a remedy “against the Autumn”, the season of swings mood and climate change, the commitments that start accumulating and the first colds. Despite the twenty years after the first episode, it remains one of the most ingenious and modern serial products of the tv program. A therapy, a breath of fresh air, some laughter in these obscure times.
And the chicken wings go well with this sitcom they are a light but succulent, delicious meal. The ones , you might get overdosed on but you never get tired.
